Oh...that is very pretty. That would be a tough one.
The review said it was pretty... but poorly made. That would be a factor for me.
It always counts as supporting the economy!
Very pretty, but still with the $250 shipping/handling...very expensive. Plus, your hair will probably get tangled in it (trying to soften the blow for ya there).
