Yay-yeah!
We're going to talk about my hair!
I know you're so pumped. Oh, if only you knew how much I made Erik and
Natalie (hairstylist to the stars) talk about hair with me.
But I have a plan. I think.
A plan that may or may not be thwarted by how badly I want my hair to look exactly like Naomi's of
Rockstar Diaries.
Seriously, do bangs get any better than that?

No. They don't.

But here's my problem. I hate bangs. I hate them, except for the fact that every time, (I know I'm a super exaggerator, but I promise I'm not overstating this, so I'll use all caps for emphasis...) EVERY TIME I see a hair cut that makes me go, "ooh, cute hair"...the girl has bangs. So while I hate them, I not so deep down love them.
An unrequited love.
Bangs don't love me, I think that's the problem.
Nevertheless, here's the plan.
In two weeks when we go to Denver for Erik's sister Dana's wedding (woot woot!), Natalie (aforementioned super stylist) and I will attempt the unthinkable.
We are going to lighten my hair.
Dramatic pause...
The longer I think about it, the lighter I want to go.
Like golden brown Jennifer Aniston light.

Nice, right?
Then, when I get sick of that, I can finally go flame red (like the chick on the left, whoever that is).
Ooh, that's going to be rad.

Did you know I am a huge Ashlee Simpson fan? Like, even of her music? I
know.

Then, when I get sick of
that, I'll start transitioning back to dark. Looking something like Fergie's color here.

Then, the final awesomeness...
Super dark. Like this girl from Rocketeer and some other stuff. And I'll let nature take it's course and let my eyebrows run free like that, too.

How about that for a plan, eh?
I've realized that post-babies hair is just never going to be the same as pre-babies hair. Once I fully accepted that, then I figured, "shoot, well then let's have some fun!"
So, here we go.
My mom is probably shaking her head right now in terror and concern.
